Privacy notice
What we collect. Your name, email, phone, current role and company, years of experience, your note, your CV and your latest payslip.
Why. Only to decide whether to invite you to interview for this role.
Who sees it. The hiring director only. It is emailed to one mailbox and is not shared with other staff, clients or anyone else. Our website does not save your files. It does not use advertising or analytics trackers on this form. Like any website, our server records your IP address and the time of a visit in its standard access log.
Confirmation. We send one automatic email to the address you give, confirming we received your application. It contains no files and none of your details beyond your first name.
How long. If you are not hired, we delete your application within 12 months, or sooner on request. If you are hired, it moves to your employee file.
Withdraw or ask. Email info@rapplelogistics.co.za to see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Information Regulator. See our full privacy notice.
